We do not operate a traditional self-service laundromat. To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, we operate a closed, secure laundry processing facility that is not open to the public.
At this time, no. To ensure a controlled and professional environment for all our clients, we operate exclusively through pickup and delivery. We bring the service to you!
Wash and Fold Questions
No. Our wash and fold services are only available through our professional pickup and delivery routes.
Our pricing is $1.85/lb for recurring orders and $1.95/lb for one-time orders. We do have a $35 minimum order to cover the cost of the pickup and delivery.
We love special requests! Whether it’s "cold wash only," "no dryer sheets," or "hang-dry delicates," just include your notes when scheduling. We follow your custom profile to the letter.
You are only charged for the clean and dry weight of your order. This is a benefit to you, as clean, dry laundry is lighter than dirty, damp, or soiled laundry.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We operate Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
It’s easy! Just click any "Schedule Pickup" button on our site to create an account, select your dates, and choose your service options.
Not at all. Most customers aren't home! Just note your preferred "safe spot" (like a front porch or behind a gate) when scheduling, and our driver will handle the rest.
For liability and safety reasons, our drivers are not permitted to enter your home, garage, or backyard. Please leave your laundry in an accessible exterior location.
We use a secure, paperless billing system. You simply enter your credit or debit card information when scheduling your order online.
Your card is only charged after your order is completed and delivered back to you, so we can ensure the weight is 100% accurate.
Miami weather can be unpredictable! If conditions are not ideal, please call us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time or a covered pickup spot.
You can easily put your recurring service on hold through your online portal or by contacting us. We’ll be here when you get back!
Yes. To keep our routes efficient for all customers, a $10 missed pickup fee applies if our driver arrives and the laundry is not out for collection.
Items, Losses, and Damages
For the safety of our staff and equipment, we cannot accept items soiled in flammable liquids, blood, or feces.
We generally accept all standard machine-washable items. If an item requires dry cleaning or special hand-washing, please let us know in advance!
We take extreme care, but if an issue occurs, we perform a thorough investigation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to submit a claim.
Fold & Back is not responsible for losses or damages that occur before our driver picks up the order or after we have delivered it to your designated spot.
